На площади крики и стон -
Толпа не желает терпеть,
Безумной толпе нужен он –
Юродивый – помеченный Богом юнец.
Веками жил страх у людей,
Глаза затмевал зла творец.
Но кто он? Пророк иль злодей?
Юродивый? Любящий Бога мудрец?
Он где-то встречает рассвет,
Измотанный тяжестью дней.
Потрепанный Новый Завет…
Завидует жизни бродячей своей.
Бессребен, свободен, суров,
В опале у серой толпы.
Но все ж его грязный покров
Не скроет кристальной души…
С рожденья он в мире своём
Стремился, мечтал, созерцал.
Науку живую сырьём юродивый
Не морщась без соли глотал.
Плебеям понять не дано,
Что время не властно над ним,
Что он распахнёт в мир окно.
Юродивый…увидевший Бога один…
