Эймос и Моузес - это английское произношение иудейских имён Амос и Моисей. В честь этих древних пророков и был назван отпрыск. Когда Эймос был еще мальчишкой, папаша использовал его в качестве приманки для зверя:

All eyewitnesses note that the group of Alex Harvey had to be seen alive. They represented a miniature theater, combining a wild and exciting combination of creative talents. "I always believed that we should be more than rock and roll. We must somehow move to the future. I always thought that the group should be a kind of theater in miniature: four musicians, dancer and crazy scientist." The Sensational Alex Harvey Band albums only partially convey the power and grandeur that she reached on the stage.
Back in the NEXT (1973) album trilogy - The Impossible Dream (1974) - Tomorrow Belongs to Me (1975) - Alex Harvey created his intriguing mythology, the central image of which is the street hero of the youbo. “You - he is like Spider -Man, only closer to the street,” explains this mythology “Crazy Scientist” Harvey. - "You do not need to explain what the street and its people are. The vocals of Alex Harvey requires a separate article: its range, according to the content of songs, varies from quiet and insinuating to sharp falsettes. There are groovy things here, such as "Dance to your Daddy" (dance for dad) or "Boston Tea Party" (Boston tea party):

Or the funny song "Sultan's Choice" (choosing a sultan) about a girl who went to look for adventures in an Arab country:
