The Swinging Blue Jeans - British Mersibit Group formed in Liverpool, England, in 1960 (at first, as Blue Jeans) and the remaining in history, mostly, thanks to the Hippy Hippy Shake hir, followed by (had moderate success) Single "Good Golly Miss Molly", "You're No Good" and "Don't Make Me Over" (marked the last appearance of the quartet in charts in 1966). Despite the limited commercial success, The Swinging Blue Jeans, according to AllMusic, was considered one of the strongest Liverpool groups of the British invasion of the mid-1960s.
