Dhiyo Yo Na prachodayat
О, солнце, сердце мира, свет нетленный,
Ты - дух, скрепивший рукопись Вселенной,
Небытия и бытия причина,
Источник жизни и ее вершина.
Ты всех стихий извечная основа,
Ты - трепетание всего живого.
Все, что цветет кругом, - твое даренье,
Во всем, что светится, - твое горенье.
Ты влагу сотворило нам и сушу,
Ты разум подарило нам и душу.
Свети нам, солнце, светом вечной мысли,
И нас к разумным существам причисли.
Ты создало высоты и низины,
Миров добра и зла творец единый.
Ты - в человеке, звере, в травах, в зернах,
В величии хребтов высокогорных.
Ты - пестун всех, от мала до велика,
Ты - повелитель звезд, планет владыка.
Не зная ни конца и ни начала,
Свободное, свободу увенчало.
