Пресвятая Владычица, свет мой незримый
Чище всех душой и телом
Ты превыше всякой чистоты и силы
Ты — обитель Духа, вечный дом
Ты превзошла святых небесных
Чистотою, светом, тишиной
Взгляни на меня, в страстях заблудшего
Очищай меня, веди домой
Очисти мой ум, дай мне свет
Пусть мысли мои не блуждают во тьме
Порядок дай чувствам, веди их вперёд
Освободи от зла, что держит меня
Ты — Мать Света, Ты — мой покой
Тебя славит вся тварь земная и небесная
С Тобой и о Тебе пою я вновь
Во веки веков — Ты моя любовь
Склоняюсь пред Тобой, о Чистая
Ты — надежда в мраке дней
Даруй трезвение уму омраченному
Дай рассудительность душе моей
Пусть грех не властен надо мною
Пусть падения станут началом пути
Веди меня к свету, Мать истинного Света

Пресвятая Владычице Богородице, единая чистейшая душою и телом, единая превысшая всякой чистоты, целомудрия и девства, единая всецело соделавшаяся обителию всецелой благодати всясвятаго Духа, самыя невещественыя силы здесь ещё несравненно превзошедшая чистотою и святынею души и тела, призри на мя мерзкаго, нечистаго, душу и тело очернившаго скверною страстей жизни моей, очисти страстный мой ум, непорочными соделай и благоустрой блуждающие и слепотствующие помыслы мои, приведи в порядок чувства мои и руководствуй ими, освободи меня от мучительствующаго надо мною злаго и гнуснаго навыка к нечистым предразсудкам и страстям, останови всякий действующий во мне грех, омраченному и окаянному уму моему даруй трезвение и разсудительность для исправления своих поползновений и падений, чтобы, освободившись от греховной тьмы, сподобился я с дерзновением прославлять и песнословить Тебя, единую Матерь истиннаго Света — Христа, Бога нашего потому что Тебя одну с Ним и о Нём благословляет и славит всякая невидимая и видимая тварь ныне, и всегда, и во веки веков

Lead me to the light, Mother of true Light,
So that with boldness I may glorify You.
Cleanse my mind, give me light,
Let my thoughts not wander in darkness,
Bring order to my feelings, lead them forward,
Free me from the evil that holds me.
You are the Mother of Light, You are my peace,
All creation, earthly and heavenly, praises You,

The entire universe, visible and invisible, blesses,
With You and forever and ever,
My path is illuminated by Your light.

Most Holy Lady Theotokos, the only one purest in soul and body, the only one surpassing all purity, chastity and virginity, the only one who has entirely become the dwelling place of all grace. O Holy Spirit, You who surpass in purity and holiness of soul and body even the most immaterial powers, look upon me, wretched and unclean, who have defiled my soul and body with the filth of the passions of my life. Cleanse my passionate mind, make my wandering and blind thoughts pure and orderly, bring my senses into order and guide them, free me from the evil and vile habit of impure prejudices and passions that torment me, stop every sin working within me, grant my darkened and wretched mind sobriety and discernment to correct my transgressions and falls, so that, freed from the darkness of sin, I may be worthy to boldly glorify and praise You, the one Mother of the true Light—Christ, our God, for You alone, with Him and through Him, are blessed and glorified by every invisible and visible creature, now and always, and unto ages of ages.
