Как в двух словах объяснить?
Это - жирная грязь, это - ржавые мины,

и у Полисти Спасской,
Это - дождь проливной и усталые чьи-то шаги,
Это - липкая кровь
вперемешку со ржавчиной красной,
Это - мокрые ноги и порванные сапоги.
Это - мир доброты,
мир без должностей, рангов и званий,
Это - запах болота и прелой опавшей листвы,
Это - встречи друзей,
это - горечь и боль расставаний,
Это - свечи берез,
это - нежная зелень травы.
Это больше, чем жизнь.
Это - просто Долина.
Это - мир тишины, где когда-то гремели бои,
Это - трель соловья,
Это - мать, потерявшая сына,
Это - память и долг,
Это - братья и сестры мои.

These are meetings of friends

These are the candles of birches
