СУРА
Тихо плещет по зеркальной
Глади Пинеги родной
«Николай Святитель» славный
Пароходик небольшой.
Он спешит, он ускоряет
Свой обычный ровный ход,
Иль кого-то догоняет
По волнам Пинежских вод.
А на палубе скрестивший
Свои руки на груди,
Взор на небо устремивший,
Иерей стоит один.
Весь в молитву погружённый
Пастырь добрый Иоанн,
Он стремится в край знакомый
К милым с детства берегам.
Вот уже село родное
Показалось на горе,
Купол храма за стеною,
А над ним сияет крест.
И душа стремится в небо,
Видя этот Божий дом,
Что украшен благолепно,
Как невеста под венцом.
«Сура, Сура дорогая,
Сура, Родина моя!
Колыбель моя святая,
Вижу вновь ли я тебя?»
Вот и новая часовня
Над могилою отца, -
И у Батюшки невольно
По щеке бежит слеза.
Он спешит, он ускоряет

Иоанн Кронштадский рядом,
Скоро с палубы сойдёт...
