Над страной, где когда- то стоял Вифлеем,
На востоке увидели волхвы звезду.
В той стране родился Иисус Назорей
И запели все ангелы в райском саду.
И Младенец прильнул к материнской груди,
И Мария слезу уронила украдкой.
Трудный путь ожидает Его впереди,
А Дитя безмятежно спит тихо и сладко.
Что ждет тебя, Малыш, пока Ты крепко спишь
И с молоком святую впитываешь силу.
Что ждет Тебя, Дитя, когда спасать придя,
Увидишь гнев толпы, что в души грех впустила.
На земле, где неведомы мир и покой,
Где Твой храм оскверняют, святыни не чтут.
Иисус мой, придется тебе не легко,
Там Царем Иудейским Тебя нарекут
А когда Ты нести будешь правду Свою,
Кто-то будет сколачивать крест с упоеньем.
Кто-то гвоздь отольет, но в далеком краю,
Встанут те, кто услышал Твое откровенье.
Что ждет Тебя, Иисус, я плачу и молюсь.
Ты в этот час, спасая мир, идешь на крест.
Молись весь род людской и сердцем, и душой,
Ведь ради нас Он был распят и вновь воскрес.
С той поры то ли в радости, то ли в беде
Имя Божьего Сына у всех на устах.
С той поры не встречала на свете нигде
Веры более святой, чем вера в Христа.
И свет Его затмил все звезды и мира.
Он лишь Младенцем был тогда, а стал Спасителем.
Он землю напоил источником добра,
И нам объятия открыл в Своей обители.
