Начальнику хора. Псалом Давида.
Небеса проповедуют славу Божию, и о делах рук Его вещает твердь.
День дню передает речь, и ночь ночи открывает знание.
Нет языка, и нет наречия, где не слышался бы голос их.
По всей земле проходит звук их, и до пределов вселенной слова их. Он поставил в них жилище солнцу,
и оно выходит, как жених из брачного чертога своего, радуется, как исполин, пробежать поприще:
от края небес исход его, и шествие его до края их, и ничто не укрыто от теплоты его.
Закон Господа совершен, укрепляет душу; откровение Господа верно, умудряет простых.
Повеления Господа праведны, веселят сердце; заповедь Господа светла, просвещает очи.
Страх Господень чист, пребывает вовек. Суды Господни истина, все праведны;
они вожделеннее золота и даже множества золота чистого, слаще меда и капель сота;
и раб Твой охраняется ими, в соблюдении их великая награда.
Кто усмотрит погрешности свои? От тайных моих очисти меня
и от умышленных удержи раба Твоего, чтобы не возобладали мною. Тогда я буду непорочен и чист от великого развращения.
Да будут слова уст моих и помышление сердца моего благоугодны пред Тобою, Господи, твердыня моя и Избавитель мой!

Heaven preach the glory of God, and the firmament broadcasts about his hands.
Day transfers speech to the day, and the night of the night opens knowledge.
There is no language, and there is no dialect where their voice would not be heard.
Their sound passes throughout the Earth, and to the limits of the universe of their word. He put a dwelling in them to the sun,
And it comes out, like a bridegroom from his marriage chamber, rejoices, like a giant, to run in the field:
From the edge of the heaven, his outcome, and his procession to their edge, and nothing is covered with his warmth.
The law of the Lord perfectly, strengthens the soul; The revelation of the Lord is true, manages the simple ones.
The commandments of the Lord are righteous, merry the heart; The commandment of the Lord is bright, enlightens the eyes.
The fear of the Lord is clean, abides forever. Courts of the Lord Truth, everyone is righteous;
They are more lustful than gold and even many gold, sweeter than honey and drops of a cell;
And your servant is protected by them, in compliance, their great reward.
Who will see his errors? From my secret clerk me
And from the intentional keep your servant, so as not to prevail with me. Then I will be blank and clean from the great corruption.
May the words of my lips and my thoughts are alarmed before you, Lord, my stronghold and my deliverer!
