Более того, трек «Snowblind» пришлось переписать заново, потому что в оригинале Осборн после каждого куплета издавал вопль: «Cocaine!» (и продолжал это делать впоследствии на концертных выступлениях (см. «Reunion», бутлег-альбом «Live at Last»).
В благодарственном списке Black Sabbath упоминают «the great COKE-Cola Company», также намекая на соответствующий наркотик. Кроме того, в те дни на белой бас-гитаре Гизера Батлера был стикер «Enjoy CoCaine», перефразировавший слоган «Enjoy CocaCola.»

В 2000 году журнал Q поставил Vol.4 на 60 место в списке «100 Величайших британских альбомов». В интервью, данному журналу Бек Хэнсен назвал рифы песни «Supernaut» своими любимыми, наравне с рифами песни Neil Young «Cinnamon Girl.» Фрэнк Заппа так же назвал эту песню одной из своих любимых.Supernaut так же являлась любимой песней Black Sabbath барабанщика Led Zeppelin Джона Бонэма.

The album rose to #8 in UK Albums Chart and to #13 in Billboard 200. The only single from the Tomorrow’s Dream album was released in Germany, the Netherlands and France.
Initially, it was supposed to be called the Snowblind album, but the record-company, knowing about the cocaine subtext of the track of the same name, was scared of the scandal. Moreover, the Snowblind track had to be rewritten, because in the original Osbourne, after each verse, published a cry: “Cocaine!” (and continued to do this subsequently at concert performances (see “Reunion”, Butlegal album “Live At Last”).
Black Sabbath mention the Great Coke-Cola Company in the Grates list, also hinting at the appropriate drug. In addition, in those days, on the white bass guitar of Gizer Batler, there was a sticker “Enjoy Cocaine”, which prevented the slogan “Enjoy Cocacola.”
The album differs from the previous ones with the complete absence of mystical and (anti -) religious motives in the texts. Moreover, the texts of “Changes” and “St.vitus Dance” were regarded by some critics as banal. On the other hand, Supernaaut was noted as one of the most difficult things in the group’s repertoire.

In 2000, the VOL.4 magazine put on 60th place in the list “100 Greatest British Albums”.
