Глава 42. Четыре возвышенных ощущения
1. Испытав ученика, Мастер первым делом учит его, как обрести новое ощущение себя и мира.
2. Погруженный во сны разума, ученик бесчисленное время блуждал в бесконечном круге грез, поэтому вначале его дух часто бывает слаб, вреден, тосклив, завистлив или самонадеян, в зависимости от природы.
3. Чтобы защитить себя от мрачных сторон своего духа, ученик пестует возвышенные ощущения жителей неба.
4. Они таковы: первое – беспредельная и беспричинная радость, рассеивающая мрак души и угнетенность духа ученика. Она позволяют ученику танцевать от счастья, просто видя небо, горы, звезды над головой и траву под ногами.
5. В момент такой радости ученик ощущает себя одним целым с Беспредельным.
6. Второе ощущение – безграничная, беспричинная любовь ко всему, устраняющая неприязненный нрав ученика. Она дает возможность на миг ощутить мир так, как его ощущает Беспредельный Дух, касаясь ученика.
7. Тренируясь быть влюбленным в мир, ученик начинает стирать свои грезы о плохом и хорошем, чтобы когда-нибудь понять: все, что есть в мире – невыразимо, священно, чудесно, совершенно и достойно любви, а плохим или хорошим оно кажется в зависимости от условий грезящего и точки зрения спящего разума.
8. Третье ощущение – безграничная эмпатия – способность ощущать других как себя.
9. Безграничная эмпатия рассеивает чувство личной исключительности ученика, делающее его дух тщеславным, мелочным и спесивым.
10. Безграничная эмпатия срывает покров спящего разума, приводя ученика на сверхличностную грань видения, туда, где дух ученика выходит за пределы себя, чувствуя мириады существ во вселенной как единое целое.
11. Четвертое ощущение – великая отрешенность и бесстрастие, позволяющие ученику переживать потрясающие тайны Беспредельного, видеть непостижимое, касаться вечности, и как ни в чем не бывало ходить, смеяться, жить, не теряя разума.
12. Обретя возвышенные ощущения, ученик старается и пестует их, чтобы они вытеснили всю мрачность и угрюмость его духа, тщеславие и самовлюбленность, освободив Путь для беспредельного величия, равного жителям неба, детям богов.

Chapter 42. Four sublime sensations
1. Having tested the student, the Master first of all teaches him how to gain a new sense of himself and the world.
2. Immersed in the dreams of the mind, the disciple wandered for countless hours in an endless circle of dreams, so at the beginning his spirit is often weak, harmful, melancholy, envious or arrogant, depending on the nature.
3. To protect himself from the dark sides of his spirit, the student nurtures the sublime sensations of the inhabitants of the sky.
4. They are as follows: first, boundless and causeless joy, dispelling the darkness of the soul and oppression of the student’s spirit. They allow the student to dance with happiness simply by seeing the sky, mountains, stars above his head and grass under his feet.
5. At the moment of such joy, the student feels himself to be one with the Infinite.
6. The second sensation is boundless, causeless love for everything, eliminating the student’s hostile disposition. It makes it possible for a moment to feel the world as the Infinite Spirit feels it, touching the student.
7. By training to be in love with the world, the student begins to erase his dreams of good and bad in order to someday understand: everything that is in the world is inexpressible, sacred, wonderful, perfect and worthy of love, and it seems bad or good depending on from the conditions of the dreamer and the point of view of the sleeping mind.
8. The third feeling is boundless empathy - the ability to feel others as yourself.
9. Boundless empathy dispels the student's sense of personal exclusivity, which makes his spirit vain, petty and arrogant.
10. Boundless empathy tears away the veil of the sleeping mind, leading the student to the superpersonal edge of vision, where the spirit of the student goes beyond itself, feeling the myriad beings in the universe as a single whole.
11. The fourth sensation is great detachment and dispassion, allowing the student to experience the amazing secrets of the Infinite, see the incomprehensible, touch eternity, and walk, laugh, live as if nothing had happened, without losing his mind.
12. Having acquired sublime sensations, the student tries and nurtures them so that they displace all the gloom and gloom of his spirit, vanity and narcissism, freeing the Path for boundless greatness, equal to the inhabitants of the sky, the children of the gods.
