Да хранит меня всегда и всюду Верховный Господь, что восседает на птице Гаруде, касаясь ее стопами-лотосами – да хранит Он меня оружием, которое в Его восьми руках: раковиной, диском, щитом, мечом, булавой, стрелами, луком и арканом. Да оградит меня Господь Ягья от людской хулы и гнева, а Господь Баларама в образе Змея Шеши – от злобных змей.

Да хранит меня Господь в обличье Вьясадевы от невежества, рожденного незнанием Вед.
