С единственной целью - Клондайк,
Он мчался за жизнью по льду, по Юкону,
Смакуя собачий лай.
И темною ночью дорожные боги
Над рваной чертой лесов
Огнем зажигали для тех, кто в дороге,
Созвездие Гончих Псов.
И смерть отступала, как черная кошка,
Боясь потревожить рысь,
Неслась по Юкону собачья упряжка
С коротким названьем "жизнь".

Стряхнуть прикаминный сон,
И вновь для него в синеве загорится
Созвездие Гончих Псов.
